A growing consumer products brand in the automotive enthusiast space is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to help coordinate and elevate its multi channel marketing efforts.
The company has recently expanded its marketing organization and is looking for a strong marketing generalist who thrives at connecting teams, organizing complex initiatives, and driving cohesive campaigns across multiple channels.
This role will act as the central hub across marketing, product, digital, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, on brand, and executed effectively.
What You'll Do Lead product launch coordination across teams, ensuring messaging, timing, and cross channel promotion are aligned
Partner with retail, wholesale, and direct to consumer teams to develop cohesive promotional campaigns
Drive the launch of a customer loyalty program, a key strategic initiative for the organization
Own marketing strategy for national events and industry trade shows, maximizing brand impact and ROI
Collaborate with digital and ecommerce leaders to ensure online marketing efforts align with broader brand initiatives
Serve as the brand consistency filter, reviewing customer facing marketing materials across departments
Coordinate cross functional marketing initiatives between creative, product, sales, and digital teams
What We're Looking For 5–8+ years of marketing experience
Experience managing product launches, promotional calendars, or integrated marketing campaigns
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with a strong focus on brand consistency and execution
Collaborative, low ego team player who enjoys working in fast moving environments
Preferred Experience Consumer products, retail, or multi channel brand environments
Automotive, enthusiast, outdoor, or lifestyle product categories
Loyalty program development or launch
Experience collaborating with ecommerce and digital marketing teams
Hybrid role based in the Greater Seattle Area
Expectation of approximately 3 days per week in office to support collaboration with the marketing team
