Role Description
Fume Studio is seeking a highly taste-driven Influencer Marketing & UGC Intern to support our growing community and brand presence. This role focuses on identifying, seeding, and nurturing relationships with creators across Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and platforms like ShopMy. You will play a key role in shaping how Fume lives inside real homes, through thoughtful product placement, creator partnerships, and organic storytelling. This is a hands‑on, creative role ideal for someone deeply immersed in aesthetics, culture, and the creator landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research aligned influencers, creators, and tastemakers for product seeding
Execute UGC and influencer seeding strategies across Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook and ShopMy
Manage outreach, communication, and relationship building with creators
Coordinate gifting, track shipments, and ensure timely follow-ups
Monitor and track content performance and creator outputs
Assist in developing creative directions for partnerships and content moments
Stay closely attuned to emerging creators, visual trends, and cultural shifts
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships professionally.
Strong visual taste and a deep understanding of aesthetics, interiors, and lifestyle branding.
Active on Social Media and familiar with the creator ecosystem (ShopMy knowledge is a plus).
Excellent communication skills with a polished, thoughtful tone.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
Interest in luxury, design, fragrance, or fashion is highly preferred.
Experience in creative brainstorming and producing content ideas is a plus.
Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

This is an unpaid internship with the potential to evolve into a full-time role in three months.
