The Role We’re looking for an Account Executive who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and brings a proven track record of expanding customer relationships in competitive markets. In this high‑impact role, you will partner with small‑ and medium‑sized customers and lead the discovery of new opportunities within thriving industry verticals, acting as a trusted advisor to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive real operational improvements. Responsibilities Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, focusing on achieving quarterly targets by selling to new customers within the small-to-medium‑size segment.
Identify and close new revenue opportunities.
Drive revenue growth by developing strong relationships with new customers.
Source opportunities for thought leadership and represent SafetyCulture at trade shows and customer summits, articulating the unique benefits of our solutions.
Conduct in‑person and virtual demonstrations and customize presentations to meet prospective customers’ needs.
Maintain rigorous data management practices within Salesforce to accurately track and report on sales activities.
Qualifications Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in driving customer acquisition through high‑volume inbound and prospect leads and qualifying new clients.
Consultative approach to sales, building trust, establishing rapport, and identifying customer pain points.
Ability to spearhead new customer acquisition initiatives and manage full‑cycle sales with large stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple accounts and high‑volume client interactions efficiently.
Strong communication skills and adept at collaborating across teams to leverage opportunities in new markets; not afraid to ask for the sale.
