Regional Account Executive

Overview The Regional Account Executive is responsible for growing our technology platform customer base through presenting products and services to potential clients within a specific region. Identifying and addressing customer needs and recommending ways to promote and sell our flagship technology platform based on market and industry trends. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet objectives and goals. Base pay range $52,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr Responsibilities Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory. Identify business opportunities and challenges within assigned region. Present our technology platform to existing and potential customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions. Work closely with team members and other internal partners to support customer onboarding and brand goals. Expand user adoption of the technology platform, targeting health systems, IDNs, and community practices. Manage territory plans, sales, demonstrations, registration, and initial onboarding of new accounts. Smoothly transition new accounts to internal counterpart to manage follow-up and account management. Partner with external field team members to target specific programs. Drive daily activity to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and goals. Cultivate deep reliable relationships with clients and users. Troubleshoot and develop solutions to drive consistent product adoption; follow up relentlessly and thoughtfully to win business. Track sales performance to goal and sales pipeline activity via Salesforce CRM. Collaborate with internal counterparts to exceed regional goals. Continue to develop skillset for career growth. Able to travel throughout the region on occasion and attend quarterly team meetings onsite. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite. Other skills required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred. Ready-to-win attitude.
