Responsibilities Lead Consumer Marketing Strategy: Own the integrated consumer marketing strategy across The Knot’s U.S. brands and products, ensuring cohesive programs that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across the full marketing funnel. Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of marketers responsible for integrated campaign strategy and execution. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creative excellence while empowering the team to deliver high-impact results. Drive Integrated Marketing Programs: Develop and oversee cross‑channel marketing programs that bring together brand storytelling and performance marketing to drive measurable business outcomes. Ensure campaigns are coordinated across paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize reach and impact. Set Strategic Priorities Across Initiatives: Identify and prioritize the highest‑impact marketing initiatives across channels, teams, and business objectives. Ensure resources and investments are focused on the programs that will drive the greatest impact for the U.S. brands. Develop the Consumer Marketing Calendar: Lead the planning and execution of the annual consumer marketing calendar across U.S. brands, aligning campaigns and initiatives to key consumer moments, seasonality, and business priorities. Drive Data‑Informed Decision Making: Establish reporting rigor, dashboards, and leverage consumer insights, competitive intelligence, analytics, and experimentation to continuously refine marketing strategies, messaging, and channel mix to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Lead Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Business Managers, and Marketing leadership (Product Marketing, Creative, CRM, Media, and Insights teams) to develop cohesive campaigns and product GTMs to ensure a seamless consumer experience that improves product adoption. Ensure Strong Brand & Product Positioning: Guide the development of messaging strategies that clearly communicate The Knot’s value propositions to couples while strengthening brand differentiation and relevance in the market. Optimize Marketing Investment and Impact: Evaluate program performance and marketing investment effectiveness to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact and support sustainable growth for the business. Executive Communication & Influence: Present marketing strategies, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key decisions and aligning stakeholders around shared priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in brand and integrated marketing, with a strong background in e‑commerce, digital performance marketing, and promotional strategy. Proven success optimizing marketing calendars and channel strategies to achieve revenue goals. Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional programs that drive measurable business impact. Deep understanding of digital media, CRM, onsite experience, and conversion optimization. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Exceptional communication, leadership, and storytelling skills. Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, driving vision while ensuring flawless execution. Track record of managing and developing high‑performing marketing teams. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence across senior leadership and stakeholders. Work Model This role is Together@TKWW‑eligible and based near one of the company's office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
