Role Overview Wishare Media Group is hiring a Content Creator specializing in commercial and advertising content. This is NOT a basic content role. We are looking for someone who can plan, shoot, and edit high-performance ad creatives. You should understand: Commercial pacing Advertising storytelling Platform-native ad formats Responsibilities Content Planning & Production Concept, plan, and execute short-form content for: TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts Paid advertising campaigns Develop ad-focused content concepts aligned with brand and campaign goals Commercial Video Production Shoot high-quality commercial and ad content (on-site & studio) Handle lighting, camera setup, and production logistics Work with models, products, and real-life scenarios Advertising Video Editing Edit high-performing ad creatives for paid media Create strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds Optimize pacing for: Engagement Retention Conversion Adapt editing styles based on different brands and audiences Motion graphics & text animation (basic–intermediate) Transform raw footage into conversion-focused ad creatives Performance-Oriented Content Optimization Understand what makes content convert Iterate based on ad performance feedback Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree (Media, Film, Design, or related field) 3+ years of experience in content creation / video production Proficiency in: After Effects Ability to work on-site in El Monte, CA Preferred Experience in DTC brands / advertising agency / performance marketing Experience editing paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) Familiarity with short-form content trends & platform algorithms Who You Are You are NOT just an editor — you understand ads You know how to create content that sells, not just looks good You think in terms of: Hook Retention Conversion You move fast and can execute under tight timelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
