Product Marketing Manager The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for go‑to‑market planning supporting our portfolio across products and services (hotels, residences, wellbeing, F&B, and experiences). This role bridges brand, marketing, sales, and customer insights to ensure that every consumer‑facing activity is clearly defined, planned, and coordinated to the target audiences. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, customer and market insights, and strong organization skills to translate product features into meaningful value propositions that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable revenue growth. As an individual contributor, the candidate will work cross‑functionally across Brand, Digital & Marketing, Revenue Optimization, and Sales functions. Key Responsibilities Product Positioning & Messaging Develop clear, differentiated messaging frameworks aligned with brand strategy. Translate product features and experiences into compelling customer benefits and narratives. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels including digital web, advertising, social, sales materials, partnerships, and campaigns. Go‑to‑Market Strategy Coordinate go‑to‑market strategies for 360 marketing activities (across direct and indirect channels) to ensure consistency across all channels. Orchestrate cross‑functional launch plans across commercial teams (and operations as needed). Define launch timelines, success metrics, and communication strategies within the head office and field teams. Provide post‑initiative results, recaps, and post‑mortems to ensure learnings are embedded in future activities. Sales & Marketing Enablement Create tools and content that enable internal, property teams, and partners to effectively communicate product value. Cascade tools and information to support effective planning and execution. Develop marketing materials including product decks, playbooks, training resources, and launch kits. Partner with sales and partnerships teams to ensure alignment between product positioning and customer conversations. Develop and maintain a 360 global calendar of external notable events, cultural moments (film, music, sports, design, culinary, etc.) to support a full‑year plan. 360 Marketing Views Partner with brand, digital, and creative teams to translate product messaging into campaigns and content. Develop a 360 marketing calendar that provides a clear advance view of campaign timing, creative, target, and impact. Ensure that marketing campaigns clearly articulate product value, experience, and differentiation. Performance & Optimization Define success metrics and track product marketing performance. Analyze campaign and product adoption results to refine messaging and strategy. Continuously optimize positioning based on insights and market feedback. Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or go‑to‑market roles. Experience in hospitality, luxury, travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred. Proven experience launching products or experiences and driving adoption. Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability. Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear and compelling customer messaging. Cross‑functional collaboration and project management skills. Analytical mindset with experience using customer insights and data to inform decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Additional Information This role may be based in Bethesda, MD, or New York, NY. Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 plus a comprehensive medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits, 401(k) employer match, employer paid life insurance, employee assistance program, and a team member hotel stay program.
