Alisme Law LLC is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Marketing Specialist who understands that real marketing results come from precision, consistency, analytics, and leadership-minded ownership.
This is not a content-posting position only.
This is a growth role.
You will work closely with firm leadership to create, execute, and optimize digital strategy, improve SEO performance, strengthen brand authority, and attract high-quality business litigation clients.
We are looking for someone with a foundational background in SEO training and digital growth strategy, someone who understands keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, analytics tracking, and performance metrics, and who can connect strategy to measurable outcomes.
This role requires leadership qualities. While you may not directly manage a team, you must demonstrate initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to take ownership of projects from execution through analysis. You will help elevate marketing performance and continuously refine what is working.
This is not a freelance or side-gig role. We are looking for a professional who wants long-term growth within one firm and thrives in a high-performance, low-drama environment.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute the firms marketing strategy across digital platforms with an emphasis on SEO growth and measurable lead generation.
Collaborate with leadership to refine content strategy based on analytics and client targeting.
Maintain and update the firms website (WordPress experience preferred).
Manage and enhance the firms presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant channels.
Edit and post video content to support authority positioning and brand visibility.
Implement digital targeting strategies to attract qualified business litigation clients.
Ensure brand voice consistency and alignment with the firms ideal client profile.
Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data.
Track marketing deliverables, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.
Demonstrate leadership by proactively identifying growth opportunities and owning solutions.
Social Media Management
Creative design for social media and related marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
Manage content calendars using social media management tools.
Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
Monitor engagement and foster community growth.
Track performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics.
Website Maintenance
Update website content regularly (news, project updates, team profiles, etc.)
Ensure website functionality, accuracy, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with developers or external agencies for technical fixes or enhancements.
Monitor site analytics and user behavior to inform improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements.
Stay updated on SEO, algorithm developments, and digital marketing trends.
Perform keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page SEO best practices.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with firm voice, positioning, and SEO strategy.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing, digital media, or communications (professional services preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related coursework, or equivalent experience.
SEO training background or demonstrated hands-on SEO experience.
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, and content performance.
Experience analyzing data to refine digital strategy.
Demonstrated leadership mindset and project ownership experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using platforms such as WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, Asana, Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM systems, or similar tools.
Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Position Details & Benefits:
Full-time position
Salary range: $70,000$90,000 (commensurate with experience)
