Position Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business and managing existing client relationships within the sign and graphics industry. This role requires a strong understanding of signage products, consultative selling, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
Consult with clients to understand signage needs, specifications, and project requirements
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product recommendations
Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, operations) to ensure accurate and timely project execution
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM system
Stay current on industry trends, materials, and product offerings
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (sign industry or related field preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of signage products (wide format printing, vinyl, substrates, installation, etc.) preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
