Purity Products is seeking a creative, trend-driven Content & Influencer Marketing Intern to support both the Social Media and influencer/affiliate teams. This role blends content creation, influencer marketing, and community engagement — ideal for someone passionate about TikTok, storytelling, and building brands in real time.

You’ll help bring Purity’s products to life across social platforms while supporting influencer partnerships and community growth.

Content Creation & Social Media

• Concept, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, formats, and sounds — proactively pitch ideas
• Assist in building and executing content calendars and social campaigns
• Capture in-office and lifestyle content (products, behind-the-scenes, team moments)
• Translate product benefits into engaging, relatable content
• Support creation of UGC-style content for ads and organic social

Influencer Outreach & Management

• Identify and source new influencers to expand Purity’s influencer database
• Organize, update, and maintain the influencer database
• Manage communications with influencers before, during, and after campaigns
• Conduct outreach and build relationships with potential influencer partners
• Engage with influencers on social media to increase brand awareness

Affiliate Marketing Support

• Support product seeding initiatives for TikTok Shop
• Assign and manage unique discount codes using platforms like GoAffPro
• Assist in tracking campaign deliverables and performance metrics
• Monitor trends and developments in influencer and affiliate marketing, as well as the CPG and supplement industries

Community Management

• Engage with comments, DMs, and community conversations across platforms
• Help manage and participate in Purity’s Discord community
• Foster relationships with followers and creators to build brand loyalty

Trend Research & Performance Insights

• Monitor social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging creators
• Track content and campaign performance to identify insights
• Bring trend ideas and learnings into weekly team discussions

Ideal Candidate

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social media culture
• Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Superfiliate, Euka)
• Comfortable filming content or directing creative concepts
• Strong aesthetic instincts and creative eye
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest or experience in influencer, affiliate, or social media marketing

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time internship (40 hours/week)
• Compensation: $17/hour
• Location: On-Site Plainview + hybrid remote

• Experience launching new brands or digital storefronts
• Exposure to supplement compliance and health claims in DTC environments
• Experience integrating and optimizing subscription models
