Marketing Manager

Geoff McDonald & Associates is a well-established and respected personal injury law firm with offices in Richmond and Virginia Beach, that is dedicated to protecting the rights of injury victims and their families. We are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team of professionals, resident in our Richmond home office. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is not just experienced but will also be a true cheerleader for our Firm. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience working as a Marketing professional, with a minimum of one year in a law firm setting. A strong background and keen interest in social media is essential for this role. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s presence across both online and offline platforms.
• Elevate brand visibility through innovative campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and public relations outreach.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and measure ROI effectively.
• Oversee social media platforms and campaigns, content creation, website management, and additional marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage client events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the firm’s expertise.
• Remain ahead of industry trends, ensuring our digital marketing efforts stay fresh, relevant, and innovative.
• Work closely with Firm Leadership and our legal team to promote our services effectively.
• Collaborate with external digital marketing and advertising partners to align strategy, manage campaigns, and drive measurable results across all media channels.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of five (5) years of overall marketing experience, with at least two years of that experience within a legal/law firm setting.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, and content creation.
• Outstanding communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• A creative thinker who balances innovation with professionalism in all digital marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and collaborating with external vendors or agencies.
• A results-oriented mindset with a deep passion for driving growth and achieving measurable success.
