Account Manager

We're looking for a client-focused Account Manager to be the face of our brand — someone who thrives on building genuine relationships, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

What you'll do

Own the customer relationship — from onboarding to ongoing support — ensuring every client feels valued and well-served

Process and manage orders accurately using our internal systems

Develop deep product knowledge to recommend tailored solutions that match client goals

Resolve client issues quickly and thoughtfully, turning challenges into loyalty

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

What we're looking for

Strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts

A creative problem-solver who stays calm and resourceful under pressure

Background in promotional products is a plus — but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn go a long way here

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
