Own the customer relationship — from onboarding to ongoing support — ensuring every client feels valued and well-served Process and manage orders accurately using our internal systems Develop deep product knowledge to recommend tailored solutions that match client goals Resolve client issues quickly and thoughtfully, turning challenges into loyalty Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction What we're looking for
