SiLo is looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team Part Time in Nashville, Tennessee. As the Brand Marketing Specialist, you will manage SiLo's public image, primarily by driving engagement and growth on LinkedIn, Instagram, and across the web. This is a part time/hyrbid role. You will join us in the office to capture content and collaborate with the team, while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely to handle the post-production and editing phase of projects.


To be considered for this role:


Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website.
  • Content Creation: Lead the content creation lifecycle, from filming and editing photos and videos to scheduling and posting, using Canva and Adobe Suite. Experience operating with Canon cameras is a plus.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure campaign success and engagement.
  • Trend Management: Maintain current knowledge of the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Collaboration: Ensure content is informative, appealing, and aligned with company goals by working with internal partners and collaborating with industry professionals and influencers.
  • Brand Consistency: Directly collaborate with SiLo's Brand Ambassador to meet marketing objectives and maintain a unified brand voice.
  • Event Support: Coordinate support for company events, internal meetings, and community engagement efforts.


Core Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency and professional experience in the following:

  • Canva: Ability to create quick-turnaround social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop: Strong photo editing skills for professional use.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro: Video editing capabilities, including cutting, color grading, audio syncing, and exporting optimized content for various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Web, etc.).
  • Photo and Video Production: Experience setting up studio lighting, microphones, and operating professional cameras to capture high-quality photo and video content.
