
Marketing Data Analyst

About the Team: High-growth financial services firm building out a modern, data-driven marketing function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and own the marketing analytics function from scratch
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Design and deliver dashboards and performance reports across channels
• Optimize digital campaigns (paid, social, email, web) using data insights
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, investment teams, and vendors
• Develop measurement frameworks and attribution models
• Lead testing and experimentation to improve marketing ROI
Core Tech & Skills:
• Power BI (primary dashboarding tool)
• Tableau or similar visualization platforms
• Power Query / advanced Excel for data transformation
• Salesforce and CRM analytics tools
• Digital analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
• Survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics)
• Data storytelling and executive-level presentation skills
Required:
• Background in private equity or financial services
• Experience with attribution modeling
• Familiarity with AI/automation in analytics workflows
• Exposure to brand tracking and customer insights
