Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Business Development Specialist based in Henderson, NV. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and analyzing business opportunities to drive growth. The specialist will build and maintain strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Handling to create visits to the dealership
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate existing strategies
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
