The Opportunity


We're looking for an Account Executive who owns the full sales and client relationship, from first conversation to signed contract, and well beyond. You'll build the kind of trusted partnerships that make clients stay, expand, and refer.


At Assette, clients value continuity, and so do we. The person who closes a firm becomes their long-term relationship manager, someone who understands their business, anticipates their needs, and grows with them over time.


Your job is to engage prospects, demonstrate the product, build conviction, close deals, and keep clients genuinely delighted.


What You'll Do


• Run the full sales cycle, from engaging inbound leads through to contract negotiation and close.

• Deliver compelling, well-prepared product demos that connect Assette's capabilities to each firm's specific needs, covering both the business value and, at a high level, how the technology works.

• Orchestrate pilots, collaborating with our technical team, keeping prospective clients engaged and moving forward. We take an "experience it first" approach, getting buyers hands-on with the product early.

• Develop a deep understanding of how investment management firms communicate with their investors: content types, communication workflows, and the needs of different investor audiences.

• Own the post-sale relationship, as long-term relationship manager for clients you've brought on, identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

• Coordinate RFP responses, pricing quotes, and contract execution.

• Share market and client insights with the product team. You'll be one of our clearest signals from the field.

• Travel to visit client firms and attend industry conferences worldwide (~10–20% of time).


What We're Looking For


• 3–6 years in a sales or account management role, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.

• Proven ability to run a full sales cycle and build lasting client relationships.

• Technically fluent: comfortable understanding and explaining how software works at a conceptual level, even if you're not writing code yourself.

• Exceptional communicator: you can hold a credible conversation with a sales and marketing leader, COO, and CTO, adjusting your approach for each.

• A degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field.


Bonus Points


• Familiarity with investment management, ideally selling to sales and marketing functions in this industry.

• Some exposure to data or analytics products. You don't need to be technical, but you're not intimidated by a conversation about APIs or data pipelines.
