We are partnering with a global beauty brand to hire a Consultant, Brand Engagement to support brand engagement strategies across both professional and consumer audiences.


This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, social media, and operations, playing a critical role in managing agency partnerships, executing campaigns, and driving brand presence across digital platforms.

What You'll Do


* Influencer Marketing & Agency Management



  • Support the execution of influencer campaigns across multiple agencies

  • Assist in the creation, review, and editing of influencer briefs and content to ensure alignment with brand and legal guidelines

  • Manage timelines for content creation, approvals, and campaign deliverables

  • Coordinate workflows related to influencer contracts, invoicing, and agency communication


* Social Media & Content Strategy



  • Support strategy and execution of owned social media channels, including Instagram

  • Assist in managing and approving monthly content calendars

  • Partner with internal teams and retail partners to align social content and digital assets

  • Stay actively engaged in the social landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to inform content direction and engagement strategies


* Reporting, Insights & Presentations



  • Lead campaign tracking and performance reporting across influencer and social initiatives

  • Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations and reporting decks for internal stakeholders

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging influencers to inform brand strategy


Operations & Project Management



  • Manage day-to-day coordination across multiple influencer agencies and internal stakeholders

  • Oversee project timelines and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule

  • Coordinate product mailers, influencer seeding, and event support

  • Own retailer ratings and reviews management and support operational submissions as needed


What You Bring


Experience



  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or brand engagement

  • Experience within beauty, fashion, or consumer brands strongly preferred


Skills & Competencies



  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital engagement strategies

  • Experience reviewing content for brand and legal alignment

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience building reports and brand presentations

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for beauty, influencers, and digital culture


Nice to Have



  • Experience with influencer measurement tools and social analytics platforms
