Business Development Account Manager – Heavy Truck / Commercial Vehicles ________________________________________ Company Highlights • Global organization with operations in 80+ countries • Strong presence within the heavy truck and commercial vehicle OEM space • Significant growth trajectory with a robust pipeline of new business • Established customer base with long-term OEM relationships • Financially stable organization with continued investment in expansion ________________________________________ Position Highlights • Full-time, direct hire • Hunter-focused role driving new business within major OEM accounts • Opportunity to make an immediate impact in a high-growth segment • Visibility with leadership and influence on strategic growth initiatives ________________________________________ Recent Experience • 5+ years of experience in business development or account management within heavy truck, commercial vehicle, or off-highway markets • Direct experience selling into OEMs such as John Deere, Cummins, PACCAR, Volvo Truck, Traton, Daimler Truck, Navistar, and/or CAT • Proven ability to win new business and open doors within large OEM accounts • Experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting → RFQ → quote → award → launch) • Background selling engineered components or systems in a manufacturing environment • Strong commercial presence with the ability to engage engineering, purchasing, and executive stakeholders • Track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within heavy truck OEMs • Develop and grow strategic relationships across key customer accounts • Lead RFQs, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support successful program launches • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting to leadership ________________________________________ What is Being Offered • Challenge: High-impact role with strong expectations and visibility • Location: Flexible (discuss during conversation) • Advancement: Clear path for growth within a scaling organization • Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus (~50% of base) + car allowance • Comprehensive healthcare benefits • Paid vacation • 401K with matching • Culture: Performance-driven, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented • Stability: Established company with strong financial backing and growth ________________________________________
