Our client,
a well-known accounting and tax software provider , is actively hiring a
Senior Service Designer
to join their team in
San Diego, CA! This role will be hybrid and be on-site 3x a week.
*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*
In this role, you will be
improving customer experiences through service design, research, and cross-functional collaboration . You will
own the service design
for assigned application tracks and produce high-quality service blueprints, current and future-state journey maps, workflow diagrams, and use-case inventories.
Responsibilities: Map end-to-end experience across pre and post-product touchpoints, including the tools, escalation paths, identity verification, and compliance checks Partner with product managers, operations leads, compliance teams, app owners, and business stakeholders to extract what you need Craft non-leading interview guides and facilitate working sessions Interpret metrics and make data-informed decisions
about design direction while collaborating with data partners to ensure designs account for what the data says
Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of service design
experience Proficiency with
Figma AI acumen is a plus
