Job description: Job Title: NE/Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager Department: Sales Reports To: Vice President of Sales FLSA Status: Exempt Position Overview This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across the NE territory through direct, relationship-based selling. The position focuses on large-scale industrial and specialty door solutions within key sectors such as aviation, shipbuilding, aerospace manufacturing, and heavy industry. The Regional Sales Manager will engage directly with end users, government and military contacts, architects, engineers, contractors, and design-build firms to identify opportunities for new equipment, service agreements, and modernization projects. Territory Coverage: Northeastern/Mid-Atlantic U.S. - New England States, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to increase sales and market share Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls, including cold outreach and follow-ups Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements in coordination with internal teams Track sales activity, forecasts, and expenses, providing regular updates to leadership Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data within CRM systems Partner with leadership to explore and penetrate new markets or applications Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events Qualifications & Skills Strong background in consultative sales, negotiation, and account management Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning capabilities Proficiency with standard business software (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email platforms) Ability to interpret technical specifications and develop tailored solutions for clients Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, field-based role Experience & Education Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within industrial, aerospace, defense, or related markets Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience Familiarity with the buying processes and key stakeholders within the assigned territory Benefits:
