Lancaster, SC.
Salary Range: $150,000 to $180,000/ Year(The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced
Associate Director of Product Management
to lead a portfolio of products with a focus on driving revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term product success. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can both define product vision and successfully bring products to market. You will oversee product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization efforts while collaborating cross-functionally with teams across R&D, operations, supply chain, marketing, and sales. This position also includes leadership responsibilities, managing and mentoring a small team of product managers. Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy and execution for a portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with business goals Own product P&L, driving profitability, revenue growth, and market share Develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps and lifecycle strategies Manage end-to-end product development, from concept through commercialization Drive successful product launches, including go-to-market strategy and positioning Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations, supply chain, marketing, sales, and quality teams Support and coordinate with external manufacturing partners to ensure production, quality, and delivery goals are met Identify risks related to supply, production, and market dynamics and implement mitigation strategies Lead and mentor product managers, fostering a high-performance team environment Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on market insights and key metrics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or product-related roles 3+ years of experience in product management or product leadership Proven experience owning product P&L and driving business performance Strong experience with product launches and commercialization Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-driven environments Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills What We’re Looking For A
