This role is ideal for someone who has strong sales instincts and is ready to take on more responsibility, support a team, and grow into leadership while continuing to achieve personal sales success. No prior management experience required — full training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing Leading by example through consistent personal sales performance Supporting team members during live customer interactions Learning how to track daily KPIs and performance standards Assisting with coaching on objection handling and closing techniques Maintaining high professionalism across retail activations Supporting onboarding and development of new team members This is a development-focused leadership position. You will be trained — and expected to grow.
