Outside Sales Executive
The New Business Development Lead will drive revenue growth in Texas by generating leads, building a strong pipeline, developing employer, broker and consultant relationships, and closing new business. This role is ideal for someone eager to break open new opportunities in a fast-moving healthcare environment. This person will be responsible for actively connecting with employers, brokers, consultants and industry leaders to expand brand awareness and deliver new sales. Success in this role requires a strong sales foundation, a solid understanding of healthcare or employee benefits and the drive to execute effective sales strategies.

Compensation & Details Onsite/Hybrid preferred in

OKC Base salary range:
$75,000–$100,000/year Commission plan

with strong upside Opportunity for growth into a closing or senior consultant role
Roles & Responsibilities • Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities in the Texas or OK market • Present and sell to C-Suite leaders, HR decision makers and broker partners • Sell through a combination of broker, consultants, third-party administrators (TPAs) and employer groups • Develop and deepen relationships with key prospects and industry influencers • Participate in industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to expand visibility • Identify new opportunities by researching prospects, analyzing market needs, and assessing fit • Close new business to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas • Deliver sales presentations independently or as part of a team • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and activity updates through
Salesforce • Stay current on industry trends through ongoing learning and professional development
Education and Qualification Requirements •3-7+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of achieving or exceeding quota •Experience selling in the employee benefits, healthcare or insurance ecosystem preferred •Bachelor’s degree required •Self-starter with strong time management, follow-through and attention to detail Strong communication skills Active listening ability Experience in solution-oriented sales Comfortable with assertiveness, while still able to relate to an audience without relying on overly aggressive tactics
