The SERV Companies consist of SERV Transport and SERV Logistics, providing comprehensive transportation and logistics solutions. SERV Transport specializes in Chicagoland and regional intermodal drayage, along with local dry van deliveries. SERV Logistics operates as a nationwide third-party brokerage for dry van, refrigerated, step deck, RGN and LTL freight. With three strategically located warehouses in the Chicagoland area, the company also offers warehousing, transloading, fulfillment, and distribution services.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role based in Chicago, IL, with an uncapped commission structure. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, build relationships, negotiate freight deals, solve complex logistics solutions and manage shipments from the quoting stage through final delivery.

Day to day Cold-call and prospect new clients to close new business Manage all shipments from pickup to delivery and handle any issues that arise Meet or exceed your daily quotas Meet your sales metrics to become eligible for commision
Compensation: $50,000 per year + uncapped comission

Location: Chicago, IL 60607 - 100% in office
