The position is a mid-level UX/UI role (Level 3) who will be connected on IoT products with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive UX/UI solutions for connected IoT products, addressing both physical and digital interaction challenges. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to drive alignment from discovery through execution. Conduct and synthesize user research, translating insights into effective design recommendations and product improvements. Create high-quality visual designs, prototypes, and usability test plans to support end-to-end product development. Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders, demonstrating strong engagement and ambassadorial presence.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally at a mid-level (Level 3), with a strong portfolio of shipped work. Proven experience designing for connected IoT products, with an understanding of both physical and digital ecosystems. Strength in both visual design and UX research, with the ability to execute across the full design lifecycle. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively. Proficiency in design and research tools such as Figma, prototyping tools, and user testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, dscout).
