The position is a mid-level UX/UI role (Level 3) who will be connected on IoT products with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive UX/UI solutions for connected IoT products, addressing both physical and digital interaction challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to drive alignment from discovery through execution.
- Conduct and synthesize user research, translating insights into effective design recommendations and product improvements.
- Create high-quality visual designs, prototypes, and usability test plans to support end-to-end product development.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders, demonstrating strong engagement and ambassadorial presence.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally at a mid-level (Level 3), with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
- Proven experience designing for connected IoT products, with an understanding of both physical and digital ecosystems.
- Strength in both visual design and UX research, with the ability to execute across the full design lifecycle.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in design and research tools such as Figma, prototyping tools, and user testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, dscout).
