Job Description: Primary Skills:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines Will collaborate directly with Technical Leads/team, Procurement and Suppliers for end-to-end IT hardware/software lifecycle management, contract management, and vendor relationship management Responsible for leading/coordinating technical meetings, gathering quote requirements for IT hardware/software purchases and renewals, submitting PO requests and financial tracking/reporting/updates for purchases/renewals (including budget creation, forecast updates, invoice approvals, etc.) on time and within budget Research/gather hardware/software data from multi-systems for previous contracts (financials, POs, invoicing, entitlements, etc.) Responsible for keeping all related hardware/software documentation updated - reporting, CMDB updates, etc. Responsible to schedule, run and participate in Technical/Supplier meetings, document/distribute meeting notes/action items, set up follow-up meetings, drive open action items to closure Responsible for submitting contracts for purchases/renewals/Pos into Workday Responsible to track IT hardware/software end of maintenance dates to initiate upcoming renewals Responsible to research software entitlements and work with appropriate team to identify/resolve license compliance issues, CMDB updates, etc. Responsible for research and resolution of hardware questions, issues, CMDB updates, etc. Oversee and/or process various financial related reports Proactively/clearly communicate issues and appropriately escalate Review and approve vendor invoices, research vendor invoice issues Identify and implement operational process efficiencies Exhibit and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing Responsible for running cross functional team meetings Meet and communicate with Suppliers Responsible for preparing leadership reports/presentations and communication with senior leadership Must have project management type skillsets - detail-oriented, able to multi-task, follow-up, problem solving, etc.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
IT Technical experience/background in multiple IT disciplines IT Contract Management/Procurement - specifically IT Hardware/Software/Services purchases, maintenance, renewal quotes, negotiating, POs, etc. Knowledge/experience working with IT Hardware, Software, Service Providers Financial Management Background (Budgeting, Forecasting, Invoicing) Business Operations Project Management Skillsets (detail oriented, multi-task, problem solve, analysis, lead teams, guidance, documentation, process oriented etc.) Microsoft Office Tools - Excel/Word/Teams/etc. Asset Management Workday ServiceNow Configuration Management Database Excellent Communication Skills, including at Senior Leadership/Executive Levels Interpersonal skills working across cross-functional teams Experience identifying and implementing Operational Efficiencies
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Information Technology, Business, PMP and/or equivalent IT work experience. Minimum of ten years of hands on related work experience within multiple areas of IT including IT Operations Support (Data Center, Systems, Networking, End User Computing, etc), with specific experience including IT hardware/software quoting, purchases, contracts, POs, invoices, financial management (budgeting/forecasting), project/program management, asset management (hardware & software), CMDB tool updates (hardware & software), software licensing/entitlements, IT hardware, IT hardware and software purchases and maintenance tracking/renewals, etc.
