Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP)

We are searching for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) to be part of our Investor Relations (IR) team. The Executive Assistant will support 1 VP Level leader and 2 Director Level leaders, and will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Investor Relations team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, professional, and capable of managing their workload as well as their executives' calendars. They will thrive in a fast paced environment and be at ease working with senior executives and external stakeholders such as investors, while also maintaining a sense of community and fostering a collaborative culture within our team. Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Own the team's complex calendars and schedule a high volume of time-sensitive meetings with internal and external stakeholders; coordinate across teams and EABPs by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests. Meeting Planning and Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and organizing of internal and external meetings, team offsites, and organization-wide meetings. Manage review materials for key internal/external meetings if needed. Travel: Manage travel for management and the IR team to investor conferences, road shows, and internal offsite meetings by carefully considering and deciding optimum travel arrangements and itineraries. Reconcile and manage expense reports on behalf of leaders. Leadership: Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and be able to always exercise proper judgment. Have the ability to tame organized chaos while remaining calm and composed. Be trustworthy and exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and integrity. Be approachable and eager to provide counsel and direction to team members/peers. Business acumen: Have a keen understanding of the organization

Leverage your administrative expertise to be two steps ahead of your executives by problem solving, understanding priorities, and planning ahead for reoccurring events and tasks. Projects: Partners with other EABPs or cross functional team members on special projects (e.g. floor plans, team culture). Take initiative on researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes. Qualifications

This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $52- 70/hr
