Position: Capital Markets Business Analyst

Salary: $110K - $140K / Year + Benefits
Job description: In-depth domain knowledge of US Capital Markets Proficient in different asset classes (Listed equities, fixed income, physical securities, derivatives etc.) in US markets. Experience and Subject Matter Expertise of the key processing requirements around CCP processing for nettling, clearance, novation and obligations Equity clearing and Listed Options clearing Allocation and contract note generations Confirmation /Affirmation process OMGEO CTM / OASYS processing Net obligation Payment OCC collateral pledging and Repo processing capabilities DTC/FED Settlements Experience in International settlement capabilities via CCP and others, including Multi-Currency asset keeping and associated processing Understanding of market nuances to enable Identification and documentation and mapping of High-level requirements around market requirements for US market functionalities Lead the due diligence client workshop discussions from a market practice and operational requirements perspective Define, maintain, and track to completion the enhancements to existing process as well as gaps with reference to US market practice Solution approach review and approval of the approach meeting the market requirements as per market requirements. Good communication skills and willingness to travel Strong analytical and problem solving capability Ability to translate regulations and market rules into system logic Excellent stakeholder communication (business & technical)
