Executive Business Partner to the CRO

About the Role A hyper-growth AI company is looking for a high-impact Executive Business Partner to support a powerhouse Chief Revenue Officer who leads a fast-moving, high-performing sales org across San Francisco and New York. You will operate as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the CRO, owning how their time is spent, helping drive critical deals forward, and ensuring the revenue engine runs at full speed. You’ll be embedded in the business, working closely with a team of intense, high-performing operators who move fast and expect the same from you.
What You’ll Do Strategic Partnership & Deal Support Act as an extension of the CRO—deeply embedded in priorities, deals, and team dynamics Maintain real-time context on key deals, stakeholders, and revenue drivers Partner with sales leadership across SF and NY to drive alignment and execution Anticipate needs, surface risks, and remove bottlenecks before they escalate Help prioritize where the CRO should spend time for maximum impact Build strong cross-functional relationships and operate with full business context Administration & Operations Own and aggressively optimize a complex, high-stakes calendar Prioritize ruthlessly—protecting time while ensuring responsiveness to the business Coordinate travel and logistics across teams and time zones Act as a gatekeeper who knows when to push back, when to escalate, and when to act
What You Bring 5+ years of proven experience supporting senior executives in high-growth, high-performance tech environments (ideally in sales or revenue orgs) Strong business acumen—you understand deals, pipelines, and sales motion Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills Ability to operate with urgency, precision, and sound judgment High ownership mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do Confidence to guide and influence senior stakeholders when needed Strong interpersonal skills—you can match the energy of a driven, competitive team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with a team of go-getters Comfortable starting early (6–7am PT) to support East Coast teams while being available in the evenings Willing and able to travel 10-20% 24/7 mindset
