We are conducting a confidential search for a

Regional Account Executive

to drive revenue growth and expand market share across the Iowa and Nebraska territory. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts within public safety, government, and related verticals. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, strong territory management experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share within assigned territory Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and customer retention Prospect and develop new business opportunities across public safety and government organizations Deliver consultative sales presentations to decision-makers and stakeholders Collaborate with inside sales and leadership to execute territory strategy and forecasting Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners Maintain pipeline visibility and activity within CRM tools Travel throughout Iowa and Nebraska territory (approximately 50%)

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred Prior outside sales or large account management experience required Experience selling into government agencies, public safety, or related verticals preferred Experience working with government bids, RFPs, or procurement processes strongly preferred Strong communication and presentation skills across multiple levels of stakeholders Highly organized with strong follow-through and pipeline management skills Analytical mindset with ability to develop pricing and profitability strategies Experience using CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously

Ideal Background Territory-based sales experience across multi-state regions Public safety, law enforcement, or government sales experience New business development and account expansion experience Relationship-driven consultative sales approach Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
