Sparta Capital Management is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative ( Spanish bilingual skills are a plus)

for a full-time position to join our team. Sparta Capital Management is a specialty premium finance company and payment plan provider for vehicle service contracts and insurance policies. Sparta belongs to a family of companies that have been in business since 2001. In this role, you will be directly responsible for helping customers with questions and giving customers information about products and services. Specific Duties and Responsibilities ·

Answer phone calls ·

Answer customer inquiries regarding their accounts ·

Interact with selling agents on the phone and email ·

Maintain organized and updated client files ·

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals ·

Documenting all issues comments and resolutions in appropriate software system applications Technical Competencies ·

Proficient in computer skills including typing and navigating Windows-based platforms and utilizing Microsoft Office applications ·

Strong customer service and quality orientation ·

Excellent problem-solving skills Behavioral Competencies ·

Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills ·

Strong customer service skills ·

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills Requirements ·

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in customer service ·

High School diploma, GED Certificate or equivalency ·

Training will occur onsite ·

Position will report to Customer Service Manager ·

Ability to work independently and come into the office as needed
