Role Overview We’re hiring an
Agronomy Field Representative
to manage grower relationships and oversee crops from planting through harvest. This is a
field-driven role
where you’ll be the key link between growers and plant operations — ensuring crop quality, timing, and production needs are met.
Key Responsibilities Manage grower relationships & field activities Provide fertilizer & spraying recommendations Scout fields and resolve crop issues early Coordinate planting & harvest schedules Track crop data and support production alignment What We’re Looking For Background in Agriculture / Agronomy / Farm Operations Experience working with crops or growers Strong understanding of crop cycles Ability to work long hours during peak season Schedule May–Sept:
High field activity (flexible time off) Oct–April:
4x10 schedule (Mon–Thurs)
