Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our multi-channel acquisition strategy within the FinTech space. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing affiliate and partner ecosystems to drive high-quality customer acquisition across digital channels.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and partnerships, combined with strong analytical skills and experience in financial services, payments, lending, or digital banking environments.
Key Responsibilities v
Affiliate & Partner Management ü Build, manage, and scale affiliate programs across publishers, networks, and strategic partners ü Identify and onboard high-performing affiliates (content sites, influencers, comparison platforms, etc.) ü Develop long-term relationships with key partners to maximize revenue and acquisition v
Multi-Channel Acquisition Strategy ü Drive customer acquisition through multi-channel marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, display, influencer) ü Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align affiliate efforts with broader growth campaigns ü Optimize channel mix to improve CAC, LTV, and ROI v
Performance Optimization & Analytics ü Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights ü Monitor KPIs such as CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue contribution ü Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization strategies v
Platform & Network Management ü Manage affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, ShareASale, Partnerize ü Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across channels v
Compliance & Risk (FinTech Focus) ü Ensure all affiliate activities comply with financial regulations, KYC/AML guidelines, and brand policies ü Monitor partner activities to mitigate fraud and ensure quality traffic
Required Qualifications · 4–8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing · Strong experience in FinTech, financial services, payments, lending, or banking · Proven success managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns · Hands-on experience with affiliate networks/tools (Impact, CJ, etc.) · Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust) · Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, display, email)
Preferred Qualifications · Experience working in high-growth startups or scaling digital products · Familiarity with compliance/regulatory requirements in financial services · Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
