Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apex, Lightning components, and integrations, with a focus on delivering scalable and high-performance solutions. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in the United States, preferably aligned with Central Time (Houston, TX). Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura). Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Support ongoing system enhancements and maintenance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with integrations and APIs. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required). Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications. Experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft or similar middleware). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to DevOps tools and deployment processes. Key Skills: Problem-solving and analytical thinking Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality
