Tax Associate – Real Estate Investment Management
We’re partnering with a well-established, Boston-based real estate investment firm to add a
Tax Associate
to their growing team. This is a high-impact role supporting a diverse portfolio of real estate investments, offering strong exposure to REITs, partnerships, and complex tax structures.
Compensation: $100,000-115,000 + bonus What You’ll Do: Support tax compliance, reporting, and planning across partnerships, corporations, REITs, and funds Review federal/state tax returns and manage quarterly/annual tax filings Assist with REIT compliance testing and identify potential issues Calculate taxable income, tax provisions, and estimated payments Partner with external tax advisors and respond to tax authority inquiries Conduct tax research and support strategic tax initiatives What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field 3-5 years of public accounting or private industry experience required Real Estate tax experience Strong Excel skills and attention to detail CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus Experience with CCH or BNA Fixed Assets is a bonus For immediate consideration, please reach out directly to Kelly Lucey at klucey@daleyaa.com
