Job Description The Outbound Sales Consultant will engage directly with small business owners to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. This role focuses on delivering a consultative sales experience by uncovering customer challenges and aligning them with available products and services.

This is a

high-volume, phone-based outbound role

where you will be responsible for qualifying opportunities and setting up the next step in the sales process.

This is not a closing role. Day-to-day responsibilities include working warm, marketing-generated leads, managing multiple customer conversations, and collaborating with internal sales partners. Candidates should expect to spend

5–6 hours per day actively on the phone

in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Conduct approximately

250–300 outbound calls daily

using an auto-dialer. Engage small business customers to understand their goals and challenges. Qualify opportunities and schedule next steps for the sales team. Provide consultative recommendations based on customer needs. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics. Collaborate with Lead Development Representatives and Account Executives. Build customer confidence through clear communication and guidance. Identify customer objections and respond effectively. Manage time and priorities across a high volume of interactions. Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Experience/Skills Experience in

outbound sales (SDR, BDR, or similar high-volume calling role preferred) . Proven ability to work in a

high-activity, KPI-driven environment . Strong verbal communication and phone-based conversational skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively. Comfortable spending extended time on the phone daily. Strong adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment. Demonstrated coachability and willingness to learn. Basic computer and software proficiency. High level of emotional intelligence and resilience.

Nice-to-Haves Experience in fintech, payments, or financial products. Experience in B2B or SMB sales. Experience working remotely in a sales role. Experience working at a startup or owning a small business.

Pay & Benefits Summary Hourly pay: $24.86 Monthly $1300 bonus potential (net paid)
