Core Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles Partner with department leaders to drive effective staffing strategies and ensure high-quality hiring decisions Manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver a positive end-to-end applicant experience Support employer branding through job postings, career page management, outreach events, and collaboration with Marketing Ensure compliance with employment laws while staying current on industry trends and advancing apprenticeship and development programs Some travel required ~ 10%
What You’ll Bring: Associates or Bachelor’s degree (HR focus preferred) 5+ years of high-volume staffing Bilingual (Spanish) required
