As the Senior Credit & Collections Specialist, you’ll oversee complex collections efforts, manage customer accounts, and support credit-related decisions. This role will also serve as a key resource to the team—providing guidance, answering questions proactively, and helping drive efficient processes without heavy oversight. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of credit and collections experience, including prior leadership or mentorship responsibilities. Strong Excel skills are a must, along with the ability to navigate challenges independently, communicate effectively across teams, and contribute positively to a culture-focused environment.
