Role Description The Customer Service Representative role at a State Farm Agent's office in Lubbock, TX is a full-time, on-site position. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers daily to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products and services. Your responsibilities will include building strong customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in enhancing Customer Experience and addressing customer needs effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Property & Casualty Insurance License 1-year minimal insurance industry experience Knowledge of State Farm products and services is beneficial but not required
