Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in McGregor, TX, for an Insurance Account Representative with a State Farm Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. Daily activities include providing policy recommendations, processing customer inquiries, building relationships, and achieving sales objectives. Additionally, you will engage in professional development through training opportunities to enhance your skills and effectiveness in meeting client needs. Qualifications
Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining accurate records Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on improving client satisfaction Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear delivery Sales ability to generate leads and close deals effectively Experience in Training and educating clients on products and services Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Active P&C and Life & Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them) Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
