Description: Our client is currently seeking a Commercial Site Superintendent to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
Oversight of day-to-day construction activities for commercial projects.
Draft and maintain project schedule, including coordination of inspections/ approvals.
Overseelabor forces, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure project work is completed in compliance with all codes, laws, and industry standards.
Read, interpret, and execute the vision of construction drawings/ specifications.
Ensure a productive environment throughdaily site meetings.
The identification and swift resolution of potential problems.
Qualifications
Experience with commercial projects valued at a minimum of $5M.
Must have at least 7years of experience as a Commercial Site Superintendent.
Ability to manage numerous project while meeting deadlines.
Ability tointerpret construction drawings and specifications.
Advanced leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Advanced experience withcommercial construction means, methods, and sequencing.
Preferred a candidate has OSHA certification.
