## Job Description# Project Manager- Marketing & Messaging Ops·
Project Management: Effectively managing the processes and workflow to safeguard standardization and consistency for campaign and project success.·
Utilizing RACI documentation to manage team involvement, roles and responsibilities for standard campaigns or project·
Utilizing Adobe Workfront for all project management activities, including project initiation, crafting project plans utilizing standardized project templates and tailoring to the scope needs, managing resourcing of tasks, updating project timelines and status, and ensuring any risk is tracked and managed in the system, and closing out project upon completion.·
Creating and managing project status reporting keeping stakeholders informed and aligned on team’s project management of in-flight work·
Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards and policies across all project deliverables and documentation confirmation is stored within Workfront for auditing purposes.·
Utilizing standardized tools, templates and document workflows, aligning with best practices and organizational needs to create a seamless project execution experience·
Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end project management in support of email/digital marketing campaigns.·
Experience taking full ownership of managing projects from intake through delivery.·
Strong process experience with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.·
Experience working with cross functional teams accross intent owners, designers, editors, tech teams and segment directors.·
Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience in process improvement and operational reporting·
Strong risk management skills such as proactively identifies risks to timelines or delivery and flag + mitigate potential delays·
Sound project leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse teams·
Proficiency in project management and work management software and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making·
