## Description**Business Development Center (BDC)****Job description and responsibilities**Managing inbound/outbound calls, emails, and text messages for internet leads that convert into showroom visits /appointments. Using the tools provided to you such as scripts and training to provide customer satisfaction.
* **Lead Management:** Responding promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, and text messages. Including both outbound and inbound calls.* **Appointment Setting:** This includes scheduling appointments and confirming appointments to reduce no – shows.* **Outbound Follow up:** conducting a high volume of outbound calls (50-150 per day), sending emails and text to keep the customer engaged until you set an appointment.* **CRM Data Entry:** insuring accurate up to date customer records in the CRM. This includes names, phone numbers and email addresses for marketing.* **Providing Customer Experience:** Addressing customers’ concerns and providing accurate information.* **Product Knowledge:** Staying current on vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and incentives.* **Follow up for co – workers:** Responding to customer inquiries when a co- worker is out of the office.## Qualifications* Must be able to work nights and weekends* Values – integrity, drive, team player* Customer service skills – excellent interpersonal skills, upbeat personality and strong work ethic* Excellent computer skills and ability to adapt to various dealership systems* Problem Solving skills* Multi-tasking is essential**BENEFITS:**
