Overview
Community Relationship Manager (Sales Manager) White Oak Village Memory Care – Vancouver, WA Passionate about helping seniors and their families? We are seeking a relationship-driven Community Relationship Manager to guide families through the decision-making process and connect them to a vibrant memory care community. This role plays a critical part in supporting occupancy growth while ensuring an ethical, compliant, and compassionate admissions process. Pay Range & Compensation
Pay Range
$65,000 – $80,000 annually (base salary), depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to occupancy and move-in goals. Bonus structure will be discussed during the interview process. Benefits

Build and maintain a strong inquiry pipeline through consistent outreach, relationship development, and follow-up. Conduct marketing outreach including in-person visits and presentations to hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, senior centers, and community organizations. Perform tours, home visits, and consultations with prospective residents and families, presenting services, lifestyle, and care offerings. Guide families through the sales and admission process in alignment with company standards, ensuring a high level of customer service and ethical practices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the CRM/EHR system (BlueStep), including referral sources, outreach efforts, and prospect tracking. Collaborate with the Executive Director and department leaders on outreach strategies, events, and census development. Prepare and submit marketing and outreach reports as required. Conduct competitive market analysis at least every six (6) months or as directed. Represent the community professionally at networking events and within the broader healthcare and senior services community. Qualifications & Skills
Experience in senior living, healthcare sales, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain organized follow-up systems. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic reporting tools. Understanding of senior care services, including memory care, preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, operations, and business office teams. Compliance & Admission Coordination Responsibilities
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure required assessments and physician documentation are completed prior to admission. Partner with the business office to facilitate timely contract execution. For Medicaid applicants, ensure appropriate documentation and approval processes are followed in accordance with state and payer requirements. Ensure all admissions meet community licensing and regulatory criteria, including appropriate diagnosis and legal decision-maker documentation (e.g., POA or Guardian), where applicable.
