Accountabilities
Lead the execution of the UPLIZNA gMG US HCP strategy post-approval
Refine and scale brand messaging and campaigns
Optimize HCP marketing tactics and materials based on data
Collaborate with the Marketing Approval Committee for high-impact materials
Contribute to annual brand planning processes
Deepen engagement with Key Opinion Leaders
Assess competitive activity to inform strategic adjustments
Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
Enhance training content for field teams
Drive cross-functional collaboration for cohesive execution
Foster a collaborative team culture across brand teams
Requirements
Doctorate with 2 years of marketing experience, or
Master’s with 4 years of marketing experience, or
Bachelor’s with 6 years of marketing experience, or
Associate’s with 10 years of marketing experience, or
High school diploma/GED with 12 years of marketing experience
Strong competencies in brand positioning and campaign development
Experience in strategy development and cross-functional leadership
Preferred experience in neurology and rare diseases
Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Capability to simplify complex strategies into clear plans
