Regional Property Manager (Multifamily Housing) Property Manager - Regional: Scotts Depot, West Virginia; Charleston, West Virginia; Parkersburg, West Virginia.

Monarch Investment is looking for a Regional Property Manager to join our team in the Charleston, Scott Depot, and Parkersburg, WV area.

What We Offer:

Pay up to $100,000.00 per year

based on experience and qualifications

PLUS $12,000.00 per year

in bonus potential

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute monthly move‑in and renewal file audits

Walk properties and units regularly to monitor curb appeal, signage, project statuses, opportunities for improvement

Ensure all physical property inspections are performed (critical and curb‑appeal)

Coordinate site team meetings as needed

Coordinate on‑site employee training and certification

Partner with and guide individual Property Managers on key duties

Capture tenant renewals at the highest rates possible

Lease properties at or above market occupancy and rent levels per owner guidelines

Ensure each site’s marketing is current, accurate, relevant, legal, and effective

Collect all income and follow up on bad debt per MIMG policy

Ensure full site team adherence to Monarch policies and best practices, including standard documents and forms (timecards, leases, License to Occupy, etc.)

Support and partner with the Regional Manager in overseeing the portfolio, including:

Making strategic changes to increase income, decrease expenses, and grow NOI

Completing thorough reviews of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Responding to resident complaints directly related to or against Property Managers or with potential legal exposure

Additional tasks, projects, and work assigned by Regional Manager or Asset Manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required (unless otherwise stated):

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management or related field

4+ years' experience in multi‑family housing

1+ year managing multiple sites

Intermediate technical proficiency (budgeting, Yardi or equivalent software, knowledge of local/state/federal residency laws)

Understanding of fair housing and legal requirements for leasing and marketing

Knowledge of local market forces and competitive properties

Experience in maintenance processes and responsibilities (capital needs, bids, execution, preventive maintenance plans, basic rehab projects)

Certifications Preferred: CAPS, ARM, RAM, CAM, CPM

This role requires pre‑employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit review.
