Foundation and Event Coordinator

Collaborate with Foundation leadership to implement annual development goals and strategic plans Act as primary lead managing event committees Implement, assist, and provide logistical coordination for fundraising initiatives and events, including managing timelines and budgets Act as point of contact for general public and volunteers for events Participate in Foundation events which may occur outside of typical business hours In accordance with IRS guidelines, manage in-kind donation process and records Assist with managing event software Solicit and collect feedback to analyze event performance Manage logistical planning of board and committee meetings, meal functions and gatherings Maintain board and committee records, minutes and manages communications Coordinate donors and volunteers communications Manage event RSVPs Perform various advanced administrative support to Foundation President with a customer service focus, including front desk support for walk-ins and appointments, phone system management, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining supply inventory, and ordering supplies Perform other related duties as assigned Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function What you will bring!

Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience in fundraising, annual giving, events management or related field required Experience working with volunteers preferred Working Conditions
