About the Role: Join a highly respected law firm as a Product Liability/Warranty Associate, representing product manufacturers in complex warranty and product liability matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on substantive litigation, develop expertise in warranty law, and contribute to efficient case resolution strategies in a collaborative and flexible environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Represent product manufacturers in breach of warranty and product liability matters Handle cases involving breach of express and implied warranties Manage matters involving the California Song-Beverly Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act Conduct early case evaluations to assess exposure and develop litigation strategy Review and analyze vehicle repair histories and related documentation Interface with technicians and service advisors to evaluate claims and case details Manage case files and ensure efficient case progression Collaborate with legal teams to streamline case management and control litigation costs Provide litigation advice and effective representation to clients Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience required Experience in product liability, warranty, or insurance defense preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Benefits:
